Stay away from Avis

Make sure you cover yourself on all aspects if you are going to deal with Avis. Avis are ****s. they deducted my account without communicating with me. l handed back th ecar after rental agreement expired and acknowledged the damage. l was told that Avis Head Office will get back to me with full assessment report and payment plan. This never happened instead, the following day after l dropped the car, my account was debited with no consultation etc. This kind of behaviour from such a big company leaves a lot to be questioned.
