Spotters R5000

I refer my sister to purchase a car with Avis car sale in centurion , Kitso Mangaka than said I would get a spotters fee of R500, she requested I send her my ID, SARS TAX CERTIFICATE, BANK CONFIRMATION on the 28 July 2020, Since than I have been sent from pillar to post , but the best one was when Kitso said the system at Avis aren't working once every thing is up and running she will contact me. What I want know is what did Kitso Mangaka do with my personal Information I sent her because clearly after my sister bought the car Avis Centurion is not operating due to the system not working. If she was lying about the spotters fee PLEASE find out what she did with my documents.
