SLAAP CUSTOMER SERVICE

My Experience at the AVIS CAR RENTAL in CENTURION branch was in a nutshell "SLAAP". meaning it seems like the staff working at this branch were on a go slow OR Loadshedding mode. I waited patiently for the business to open at 07h30m although the staff was in early only assisted me at the stipulated time which is understandable, but when they assisted the staff member did not know how to use the voucher which was saved on my phone. During the inspection of the car it was brought to my attention that the tyre pressure light was reflecting as faulty. They then said that I should go to the garage and check the pressure AND if the light comes on again I must bring the car back hen they will change it for another, when I refused they managed to get the light to turn off, however when I drove the car a few km the light came back on. thankfully nothing major happened. Upon returning the car a few days later the staff were still on the GO SLOW MODE more interested in his phone than assisting me. :-( TERRIBLE SERVICE
