Silent treatment coupled with poor service!!!!

@hellopetercom @FNBSA @Avis Dear FNB and Avis, I have never been this disappointed with the service you continue to provide to me. It just makes me wonder why am I being the only one loyal in this loop. Just to give you a bit of a background. I hired a car in durban 10th June 2016, an amount of 2261,14 was reserved at around about 15: 53. Little did I know that the same amount will be deducted around the 23rd of June still. I then expected Avis to atleast release the funds from FNB that were withhold on the 10th. Since I did not think that a rocket science hence they fully aware of how they do business especially dealing with cheque cards. I then logged a dispute form through FNB to investigate hence they were suppose to release the fund under the instructions from Avis, after being sent from pillar to post with very little care from Avis by the way. Now around the 7th of July I got 2261.14 think " finally " after a month little did I know that's the beginning of my horror days with the whole situation. Months gone pass around the beginning of September due to my personal commitment I have my budget was a bit, going to a garage to pour in some fuel with little funds I thought I had Oooops im sitting on a deficit of about 2000+ whooow what a shock. Then I tried to investigate under the panic why my card is say I have no funds. I went into the app to see what took place shocked another 2261.14 was deducted by Avis. I lost it called them to find out the following morning after cancelling my card a previous day. Then because FNB was saying we need to submit proof of residence I went into Lambton branch to submit the document, while I was there I then thought of asking this lady what really happened regarding these amounts going in and out. She explained it to me that the money paid to Avis was returned back to me instead of unlocking the funds I have sitting with fnb locked by Avis. Then I sent all the documents that they want via email as requested to both parties (Avis and FNB) till today nothing has been explain as what's the status. Avis said will come back after 7 days of receiving email well a month plus few days still no direction as to what's going on. On the 30th September I reserved a car from them again but something said to me why support the very same people that doesn't really care. I ended up using one of the competitor just not to subject myself with the stress again with Avis. I am really upset with FNB after so many years of "good service " now "this". In case anyone cares just a little my fnb ref is: REF: ********** 9_ ********** 07 and Avis is: Case: nxbUWG, Reference: VioDgK. If you need any documents refer to emails I sent since June.
