Signed mini lease cheated away from me

I made a booking for a mini lease, but Avis Menlyn in Pretoria generated a whole new confirmation number, charging me as a monthly rental client. Related benefits e.g. no need to visit the branch monthly etc. is being cheated away from me. I signed for a service which I expect to receive.
