Sicelo at Avis Gautrain is a keeper.

Avis Sandton (Gautrain) gave me great service only because of a staff called Sicelo.

The customer service from this young man was exceptional, friendly and willing to assist. I could say more but Sicelo is a keeper Avis.

I gave a 4 star because when I went back to the same Avis, I met another staff who was soooo unhelpful and if not for my insistence on the manager’s attention, I would have been badly treated.

Anyhow. Thanks Sicelo for saving the day.
