SHOCKING SERVICE FROM AVIS

Vehicle hired by AVIS with a stipulated contract date, vehicle was in a minor accident, AVIS cancelled the rental agreement via a sms which they have sent a few hours before they wanted it returned. No phone call or email, just a random sms .<br> The contracted date that I had signed however was for a few days later.<br> Summaya Khan claims that I was in breach of contract based on an sms sent. She talks to me as if I have committed a crime. <br> She tell me to do one thing and then changes the story thereafter.<br> They are not willing to pay the claim dispite me having a signed contract in place for a later date.<br> I have used AVIS for the last 15 years and now that I had that there is an accident, I am disgusted at the way I have been treated, the service from AVIS and it is almost a month later and they have been messing me around. <br> I will not recommend AVIS to any one, as when they need your money, they need you to sign a contract, however when they need to follow the agreement of the contract which I had paid fees for to cover me for accident damage, suddenly a random sms overrides a signed agreement. Now I need to get a lawyer, additional cost on my side . unprofessional and disappointing
