Shocking service

Poor service. Tried to contact Avis South Africa and no answer. When I handed the car back they said that they going to charge to clean it not a full valet service for R580. It is an absolute disgrace, never using AVIS again. Also my invoice is incorrect…

Yes I know I am querying the full valet charge of R580. The car definitely didn’t require a full valet .
