Shocking experience!!! BEWARE
I have never dealt with bigger **** artists in my life.(Rental ***)
I arrange AVIS to deliver a C-Class to my hotel. They ask me to check the car and when i pointed any marks out his reply was "don't worry"
I also took the top super waiver to cover me incase of anything happening.
I return the car back 4 days later and the lady checks the car and points out a scratch on the rim that was maybe 0.1cm in diameter and tries to tell me i damaged the rim.
I wake up this morning with an sms saying R2424 for damages. What an absolute joke!
I will never ever consider Avis and i strongly recommend you avoid them because you will be ****med out of your hard earned money.!!!
