Shocked and horrified
Renting a car with less than 500 km on the clock and the brakes have started squeaking and there is a knocking sound coming from under the car???! I've been trying to get hold of Muzi and Fika the entire day to exchange the car - to no avail. Seemingly Avis do not care about putting my life at risk!
