Sheppard the shinning star!

Thank you so so very much to Sheppard from Avis Jhb Airport.. after battling for days and days and days to get Budget/Avis to swop my vehicle that I rented through Flexclub, due to faulty brakes, I was pleasantly surprised by a what's app from Sheppard on Monday morning advising that he had been tasked to assist with the swop of cars. What an absolute gem of a man. He deserves employee of the year! Pleasant, polite, helpful, went over and above the call of duty to help me. My faith in humanity has been restored.
