Shame on you avis car business

Bad customer service, they promise alot when you buying but when they have to pay then they have thousands of excuses, bought car by them with maintenance plan and when they have to pay for car service then they tell us plan is expired already, what a shame

They didnt have to do anything extra or pay more for it
