Service is pathetic!!!!!

My director was supposed to rent a car in cape town, but due to signal problems on the gautrain, he missed his flight.<br> <br> Now i have been trying to amend the booking, but the call centre is so ***********! No one can assist due to the vehicle being issued a RA number already. I have lost tracked of how many people i have spoken to this morning already. Currently speaking to Wadia!!!<br> Now trying to phone the branch, the line just stays dead!! <br> <br> How the hell am i supposed to change the damn booking if Cape Town Internationals number is not working and according the the call centre they can't do anything?????<br> <br> Seriously, Avis is pathetic at customer service!
