**** Service from Avis

I am so disappointed this Avis Krugersdorp from the minute we walked in the lady gave us attitude, then I asked if the car is ready I get told that they don’t have an automatic car i must go to sunninghill to go fetch the car,I am from Soweto firstly I spend my petrol to get to Krugersdorp then I must still waste more petrol to go fetch the car,I had to take a days leave to just sorted out all this mess. I was given terrible service Avis employees must train they staff customer service.
