<p>On the 16th on Dec 2016 I hired a car from avis at O R Tambo airport I agreed to return the car back on the 18th at 5 o clock I returned the car back on the 18th at 3 o clock. When I called the call centre on the 19th to find out when will my deposit be returned a guy I spoke to told me to call back the next day to cancel the agreement and I do so... on the 20th when I called the customer care they told me it with take 48hrs to return my deposit it's been 96hrs and still I have not got my deposit back I called the customer on the 23rd Dec 2016 I spoke to a lady and she told me that it is the bank that's holding the money when I went to the bank they said that avis has not sent a notification to release the money I mean seriously it's the 24th of Dec today and tomorrow is christmas I have no money to buy my family cloths or even food to eat as I have been waiting for my deposit to be return if I am not contacted and this is not sorted out within 24hrs I will be going to the news papers and social media</p>
