Security deposit refund

On October the 27th I booked car rental through my insurance with reservation number of Avis Reservation ********** 6ZA5 confirmed, Check Out 18/10/27 11:00, brought the vehicle back on time with full tank of petrol on 18/11/06 on time. Yet I am still awaiting my security deposit refund of R1650. Today is the 19 November??? Thanks for dropping the ball avis, as I have contacted you numerous times regarding this and no one can tell me where my money is??? Remember social media and news agencies are my best friends. Please sort this out the soonest thanks.
