Security Deposit

Good Day,

I returned the hired car on the 27th Of June 2019, R1450 that was withheld for Security Deposit on my account hasn't been released. I called the customer centre on the 4th of July 2019, I was told they'll call my Bank to release the funds since Avis didn't inform the Bank. Today is the 11th of July 2019 still funds are withheld. I'm disappointment by Avis service as I have hired numerous times & have never had such an experience :(. PLEASE release my funds !!!
