Security Deposit

I am extremely disappointed by Avis budget EMpangeni , I hired a vehicle on the third of February upon taking a trip to Eastern Cape for my Sister’s funeral for six days, I returned the vehicle in excellent condition on the 9th of February and they told me that my R5080 security deposit will be back to me by 7-10 working days, but to my Suprise the 10 working days ended on the 20th of February when I went back to them they told me that Head office started the process on the 11th of February so I should start counting from then, but still now the 1 of March I have not received back my security deposit they keep on telling me stories. I am extremely frustrated with Avis Budget Empangeni and their Head Office.
