Avis is the worst 😫 company ever. I paid money for rental car hire in November. Returned the car the way it is and now they claim I damaged the spare wheel. I have been calling since I returned the car for my refund and they say it has been paid. I spoke to my bank, checked my bank statement but no refund. To make matters worse the fools debited me the money for the Tyre please help me get my refund. I'm at the wits end with these ****bags!!!!!!
