<p>I made a quote on 27 July 2017 for car rental at Avis online. The quote was non obligation, and they asked for my banking details.</p> <p>Not knowing that they will rip me off, i would not have submitted my banking details.</p> <p>Today my account was debited R399, when I went to my bank they said it has been cleared off (cannot be reversed).</p> <p>I then went to Avis (Hatfield) asking for my refund but they said it is for Service fee yet I never took the car. The quote was non-obligation, yet they deducted the amount and they said i should have cancelled the booking, i explained to them that i was doing a quote not a booking.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please assist me resolving this as I want my money back. Please.</p> <p> </p>
