**** car rental!!!!

I was accused of having had the car windscreen chipped while driving which never happened they charged me for that. To make it worse I returned their rental car on the 8th of April and I still haven’t received my deposit money back and the date is 22nd of April 2022. If you can afford to have other means of transportation use it instead. This Avis rental company is a ****. They will do everything to make sure you don’t get all your deposit money back! They take forever to pay it back also. To make it worse they never answer their phone. So damn frustrating!
