There was damage to a rental I had that I did not notice until they collected. The inspector picked up two small dots on the back of the car and said it's fine, they will buff it out. I was asked to describe what happened, but I didn't know what happened so we assumed the car was hit by a trolley, which I what I stated on the form. I have since been charged R2110. R1400 was for paint. I don't understand how you need R1400 of paint to fix two dots that could have been buffed out. This is thievery. They are also taking advantage of the fact that I didn't take any photos of the car before they collected (stupid I know, now that I see they are not a reputable company at all) I'm so disgusted.
