I rented a car from avis on the 27th April and returned it on the 28th April before 10:30 as communicated. They charged me a deposit of R3 724.08. Now they are saying I returned the car on the 1st of May and do not want to pay me back my deposit.

Whenever i call the Avis King Shaka Airport branch they hangup on me.
