Rude, unprofessional and I knowledgeable consultants on their busines.
I went to collect a courtesy car hire through Discovery and I was treated with so much disrespect by the consultants.
The second consultant whom the initial consultant that was assisting was going to enquire from, shouted across the room, not approaching me, infront of other clients. Pointed rudely at me telling me I must get things fixed before I could receive any help.
It was humiliating and dealt with rude consultants not understanding secondary driver rules of their own business.

I have now tried to collect a vehicle at the Airport, cause avoiding going back to the Pretoria Central branch. But I have been met with rules that have never app**** before. I have wasted a day and money. This feels more like Profiling.
Discovery consultants do not understand this as we have not had issues before.

Good day,
