Rude & *********** Avis Branch Manager- Nelsy Mabila.

I would like to bring the below to your attention as it has been going on for months now since my first day experience as an Avis Client at Centurion branch. I have been a loyal customer until now.

Rude Unprofessional Nelsy Mabila The Branch Manager at Avis Centurion is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever come across. I have experienced her rudeness with other customers in my presence, at the Avis offices and today on a phone call. She thinks she owns Avis as an entity and makes customers feel like we getting the vehicles on "her mercy" and for free, as if we are not paying customers. It’s insulting to the Avis brand that she treats certain customers with preference over others. She uses bully language on the phone and crosses the line beyond being assertive and being right out rude with customers. She is an insult to the AVIS brand.
