Rude and inconvenient customer service

I was in desperate need of a rental vehicle while searching for a car to buy and I chose to use Avis rental in Sunninghill. First they told me they were having a special where I'd pay around R3500 for 3 months only to find out that it was R3500 PER MONTH. I continued to use them because like I said, I was desperate for a car as mine had been ******.

Once I had returned the car I had a refund due to me for about 2 months which I had to physically go to their offices to get. On arrival, a woman by the name of Thandi assisted me. Thandi was so rude and belittling all because I no longer had my reference number. I then chose not to be served by her and was then assisted by David.

David simply asked for the bank card I used to make the payment and he was able to retrieve all of my previous transactions with them.

Should I ever need a rental again, Avis Sunninghill will not be the first place I go to
