Rude

<p>We have hired out cars for our employees via the Avis Mini Lease. I have never had such a terrible expirience since we had this account. This account has been going on for more than a year but this is the first time ever that we have delt with such a rude person. Melissa Woest. She doesnt have customer service at all. I mean we have more that 10 vehicles hired out for our staff but she treats our staff like hell. She honestly needs to change departments or we are moving our account. One of our staff members were recently harrased by her. If she is a credit controller, that doesnt make her the CEO of AVIS. We are pulling our account if she is not moved to a different department. She cannot swear at my staff. This is unacceptable. AVIS deal with your staff. Immediately</p>
