****** by Avis car rental

After an accident with my vehicle a courtesy vehicle was offered to me since i have been paying for the services through my insurance Absa indirect. (Avis reservation ***7ZA3) On the 24 July 2020 i picked up the courtesy vehicle fro Avis car rental and paid a deposit of R1450, which was not returned fully to myself when returned the vehicle in full tank. I received the sms reminding me to return the vehicle. I did return the vehicle as per the sms at 10:45 on 13 August 2020 as per SMS ordinary i was to received my deposit back as per the agreement. With great shock, i was told by AVIS representative that i returned the vehicle a day later by the lady called Basetsana. i told the lady that this is not true i showed her the sms indicating the date of return and time she ask me to send the print screen of the sms via email so that she can forward it to finance department for the refund of the day which was charged on my billing statement until today i did not receive the amount due to me. Early last month i visited the branch for follow up one lady old me that she will make a fellow up, i ask her to copy me on the email she is going to sent she refused to copy me. Am still waiting for my full deposit until today is almost like two month while am waiting for my refund, they are billing system is very bad
