<p>After an accident with my wife’s vehicle a courtesy vehicle was offered to us since we have been paying for this service(through my insurance Mutual and Federal). On the 15th of November 2016 round about 4:45pm I picked up the courtesy vehicle from AVIS car rental and paid the deposit of R 1200.00 (which was to be returned to myself when I returned the vehicle in full tank), I received the attached SMS reminding me to return the vehicle. I did return this vehicle as per the SMS(attached) at 4:00pm on 16th December 2016, on full tank.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ordinarily I was to receive my deposit back as per the agreement. With great shock, I was told by AVIS that I returned the vehicle a day later. I wish to state that this is not true, kindly find the attached SMS which states return date to be 16 December, which I met.</p> <p> </p>
