*******!! Just to add to the many many other similar experiences from other customers. Avis debited my credit card for a scratch on my car that was not there upon return of the vehicle. Car was also unworthy to drive. A real *******!

According to the branch the damage was correctly billed as the damage was found when the vehicle was collected at the panel beaters.
