Ridiculous one way fee
A one way fee that I was charge it was ridiculous, I will never book with Avis. I’m done I’ve been using them for past 3 years.

Thank you for your feedback.
We charge a one way fee as each branch has a number of vehicles that are allocated to them, when you collect the vehicle from one branch and return to another branch, this now means that the vehicle has to be returned to its renting branch.
