Ridiculous

Rented a car from Avis this last weekend. Returned it without having any more damage to the vehicle than when i received it. Now receive text stating i will be charged for damages to vehicle. Called the number on the text repeatedly with no answer. Should this not be rectified within 24hrs my attorneys will receive instruction to commence with a counter claim which will be charged at punitive costs.
