Reversal of holding fee

Do not do business with Avis unless you have a thing for ****s. I rented out a car on the 15th of January. Returned the car on the same day, with a full tank and no scratches. Instead of refunding my deposit, they took out more money of out my account without any logical explanation. I’ve been talking to their consultant called Shannon and the matter is still not resolved. Taking the money out of your account is easy but when you’ve got to get it back the goal post keeps shifting.

I’d like to implore all those who’ve been ****med of their deposits to take Avis to the Ombudsman. And for those who are considering doing business with them, please look for another company with sound business practice.
