Please can someone please assist me with getting my refund back. This is unacceptable, the car was returned on the 25th Jan and still no feedback or refund. I conctacted a consultant in Sunninghill and he said he'll send an email to the bank and call me back but i never heard anything. I have tried again and got the same story \an email has to be sent to the bank". This is not happening for the first time. Why do i keep going back? i wil never use AVIS again!!<br> CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY PLEASE!!!"""
