Return date and Damages.

Ref:E ********** 25 I rented a car from 23rd December 2018 till the 4th January 2019. Car was inspected from collection, scratches were marked on the paper, car was returned on the 4th Scraches were checked nothing new was found. To my Surprise Money we did not agree on was taken out of my account without even sending me the invoice. They said car was brought back on the 6th January 2019 of which the car was returned on the agreed date the 4th January 2019. Now I'm asking myself who had the car the other 2 days and did the damages and I'm being charged for extra 2 days I don't know and damages I don't know, since last week Tuesday they said they will look at their Cameras, I'm still waiting for Feedback and it's been a week, yes I called still there was no new update. I'm really disappointed with their service, it was my first time renting a car, and I had the worst experience ever.
