Rental deposit refund
Avis, why are you the only company where people have to go through a pain before they could receive their rental deposit back???
I rented a car from Avis O R Tambo branch on the 1st of November 2024 and returned the car on the 6th of November 2024. Upon the collection of the car I paid a deposit and additional deposit (I was charged double deposits of which I paid without any objection). As per your refund terms, I am supposed to receive my deposit back within 7 - 30 days. Today marks 47 days since I’ve returned the car and there is no sign of a refund in my bank account. No courtesy call, text nor email regarding my refund.
I’m really disappointed with your service, you do not care about your clients. I would not recommend Avis to anyone.

Why are you treating your clients in this manner?
What happens when I don’t return the car in time? You are quick to send your vehicle recovery team as if the client stole the car. But you keep our deposit money as long as you want and return it whenever you feel like.
