RENTAL CARS NOT REGISTERED

I had to rent a car as mine was at panelbeaters taking out bad trolley dent. My insurance contacted Avis, Hatfield for a courtesy car. I took charge of the vehicle and a day later noticed that the car licence had expired last year already. I contacted Hatfield Avis and spoke to young lady who said she would get back to me... to this day the owner/manager Joanne has never contacted me...The next car that was to be delivered from that branch also had an expired licence. They just seemed to not care or be bothered. This branch definitely is not perturbed that their cars are not legally licenced. Eventually my insurance cancelled this contract with Avis and sent me a car from another rental company. This was an absolute pleasure. I have been told via another client as to the rude manner in which this owner spoke to them with no apologies as to her attitude or behaviour.<br> Wont ever use Avis Hatfield again!!!
