Rental car

My daughter was involved in an accident , I had to collect the rental car in centurion branch . Different people from avis kept on calling telling me that no car was authorised which wasn't true . On arrival I completed documentation and told the lady that I need my daughter to be additional driver . I told them I will send copy of her drivers licence via email which they refused they said they need her card . Her drivers licence card was lost on the accident scene which I told them. They requested a temp licence how convenient , involved in an accident the same day , they expect licence to be have done within 3 hours and they don't care whether the person is injured or not . They just refuse and said that is their policy . I need my daughter to be added as an additional driver
