Rental agreement number ***

I returned my vehicle on Sat 18 Nov.. My final bill was R237.30 for fuel..now waiting for a release of funds for 4 days..caled customer service today..they will follow up via your bank Nedband and my bank Standard bank for the release of funds. R2036 to be released..I am retired and and of month I am relying on this money. Please address release of funds iimmediately.
