RENTAL AGREEMENT ERROR & INEFFICIENCY OF MS VANZYL

I have lodged a complaint on 11&12 of January with regards to the error on my rental contract which was drafted by Cynthia Somya. I went to collect an SUV under Vusi on 21 December 2015 and have specifically asked Cynthia to take it out a Super Cover (which she put me on standard cover) on the car together with the windscreen and tyre cover. On the 24th of December I went back to collect a 2nd SUV under Tembela and again asked to have it on super cover and it was. I then asked to have the car's swopped on the contracts and Cynthia advised that instead of having these vehicles swapped around, we should rather have them both registered with the 2nd person as an additional driver. Tembela then drove Vusi's SUV which was now erroneously on a standard cover & she was involved on a car accident, which resulted to a debit of R34 788.11 for limited liability. When we went to enquire, it was then indicated that it was on a standard cover. I then escalated the matter to Ms. Joanne VanZyl attend to the matter. To date I have never received feedback from her. DOCUMENTARY PROOF ON GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF AVIS WHEN STRUCTURING THE CONTRACTS CAN BE PROVIDED. THIS MATTER SHOULD BE RESOLVED URGENTLY
