Release of Deposit Funds! Customer service very bad!!!

I hired a car from Avis from Fri 30 Oct, to Sun, 01 Nov. I returned the car timely with no issues. I called Avis this morning to check when the deposit funds will be released. Their telephone systems send me up and down with no proper direction as far as the indication when I can expect the held funds to be released! Rental Agreement ***
