Release funds

Can someone please contact me as I’ve been waiting for you to return my deposit on my rental I need those funds urgently. I’d like to think you’ve taken all amounts owing from my account as random amounts have gone off. Can you please release the money fnb advised Avis needs to call them then they will release the money.
