Refunds take 10 days.....?

<p>After a recent Carr accident,we collected a rental car through our insurance Co. On arrival we had to pay a R1200 deposite.I paid this &was told it was refundable on return of the Vehicle.On Wed27th July we returned the vehicle to the pinetown branch at 08h30.I was only then informed that refunds take up to 10days.I cannot believe that I am still waiting for this refund....you have already taken a further R60 from my account but I am still waiting.This is disgusting and I will never use Avis again.Be aware of these ******* and all their fine print that protects them&not their customers. A disgrace!!!!!</p>
