Refundable Deposit NOT YET REFUNDED!!

<p>Hired a rental car from Avis on 26 Dec 2016 and returned it on 1 Jan 2017. Was informed that within 5 working days my REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be refunded to my credit card. It's the 13th Jan 2017 today and still NO REFUND. i have emailed and called the call centre several times but each agent is more useless than the other and nobody seems capable to assist. Avis was very quick to deduct the fuel top up amount from my credit card on 5th Jan 2017 but to date they're not as efficient in refunding me back my money. Pathetic!!!! </p>
