Refundable deposit not Refunded

I hired a rental vehicle through Avis via a recommendation on the 29th of May and Returned the vehicle on the 3rd of June<br> I received my invoice and a couple of days they said I would be billed and my deposit refunded back to me<br> It has been over two weeks and i still have yet to receive my money<br> <br> I called the customer care line and was promised that it will be refunded in 24 to 48 hours and that i should check my bank, I checked my bank a couple of times and the money was not reflecting, the only thing that reflected was them debiting me again and no refunds on my account<br> <br> I called them again on the customer care line and they told me that the money has been released into my account, I checked with my bank and even went inside a branch and my account still did not reflect.<br> <br> I am tired of chasing after them<br> I would never recommend them to any friend , colleague, family and any stranger I see going to an Avis branch<br> <br> I am extremely disappointed and my heart shattered as I expected better service from them than this
