"Refundable" deposit-not!
I handed the rental back on the 12 Jan. Was told my cash refind would be done within 5 days. Its been 15 days. I call i email and nobody can actually give me an answer or make my refund my deposit. Its pathetic, do not use Avis ever. Useless as hell
