Refundable deposit
I'm insured with Miway.I rented a car via Miway from Avis Krugersdorp in June.Paid my refundable deposit of R1500.I've never received my deposit up until today . Miway emailed them and still no response.

I know that the authorisation it's not the refund.
I spoke to my banker,the sent out another authorisation and yet Avis did not release or acknowledge the request.
