Refund withheld for no reason, no follow up on complaints

I booked a rental through my ensurance while my car was in for repairs. I collected the car on 05/02/2025 and returned it 18/02/2025 with a full tank of petrol and without any damages. There was no indication of any possible reason to withhold my refund.

My refund on my deposit has to date not been paid out. I followed up on 27/02/2025, but nothing was done. Follow up again on 12/03/2025 and they still have not processed my refund due to a missing document.

No communication from AVIS and they refuse to put this on mail or to keep me updated on the process. Clients incur interest on these charges, but they do not seem to take client concerns seriously.
