REFUND UNPAID AFTER 14 DAYS

<p>I did an online prepayment for a booking on the 28th of November, I then canceled the booking on the 30th and was told to submit a refund request form on the same day which was going to take 7 days. On the 9th of December i called and a consultant assured me that the money was going to be in my account by end of day, which didnt happen. Today 14 days later I am told that the lady who does the refunds is on leave and i must wait another 5 - 6 days for the refund! Totally unacceptable!!!! </p>
