Refund still not paid, no communication

Rented their car at isando for 4 days, brought back the car last thursday 27th december 2025, the deposit is still not refunded back to me, they sent me quotation stating whats their deductions on the deposit and the remaining balance which was supposed to have be paid already but till now and they dont communicate, once they get their car and monies they leave you out for dead.
